Here is a recipe for gravlaxsås, in other words the sauce to go with the gravlax. It’s a mustard sauce with dill and goes well with several kinds of fish.

What to use:

    1 dl oil
    2 tablespoons  vinegar
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1 egg yolk
    0.25 teaspoon salt
    0.25 teaspoon    dill

What to do:

  • Mix all ingredients in a jar and fasten lid
  • Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed

Enjoy with gravlax or other fish dishes!
